An integral part of our philosophy is that buildings are more than boxes with windows.  We beleive that buildings are expressions of ideas that are given form to fufill a client's vision.  From intitial sketches and project models, to computerized construction drawings and specification preparation, our team works with our clients to provide understandable documentation for both bidding and building.

Resolution Collaborative will not draw and run.  We can assist with your contractor selection, and will collaborate with your contractor to minimize project delays and cost over runs.  Our team has years of experience in construction administration and project management, and understands that timely completion within your budget is critical to a project's success.  With in-house staff, and through our joint ventures and collaborations with Architects on both the East and West Coasts, Resolution Collaborative has provided services and continues to seek projects in the following areas:

In keeping with our philosophy that quality design is born from an idea, grows stronger through communication with our clients, and is realized through collaboration and coordination during the construction process, we provide the following services to our clients:

            • Planning, Zoning & Building Code Analyis
            • As-Built Drawings for Existiing Buildings
            • Schematic Designs developed from your aesthetic needs, program requirements, code requirements and project setting.  Schematics include plans, elevations, sections, study models and/or  3d sketches and drawings, required to convey your intent and define initial project construction document scope.
            • Cost Estimates and Project Budget Development
            • Detailed Construction Documents and Specifications
            • Coordination with, and assistance with selection of, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Energy and other consultants as required to meet the project and permitting requirements.
            • State and local Permitting
            • Assist with competive bidding process and/or selection process for General Contractors or Construction Managers.
            • Assist with Tenant Improvement Planning, Design Coordination and/or Standards as/when required.
