TAHOE WOODS

Tahoe Woods is a project proposed in South Lake Tahoe California, which converts an existing trailer park into a Multi Family Housing Development.  Brian Shinault Architects (BSA)of South Lake Tahoe retained Resolution Collaborative to work with his team to provide design review and technical support, in an effort to implement the design BSA had developed with the Owner, and to ensure that the building plans, elevations, and sections met Brian Shinault Architects standards for constructability.

Our team worked for Brian Shinault Architects (BSA) to resolve site problems, design issues and to propose technical solutions.  Once the design was approved by Brian Shinault Architects and the Owner, we assisted with the completion of calculations and drawings required for the Tahoe Regional Planning Associations (TRPA) Review requirements.
