This building was designed by Paul G. Fermano to fit into a steeply sloped site in Danvers, MA  The design concept was for a building of mixed use, to include engineering and design offices, manufacturing, testing labs and shipping and receiving.  As part of the design a long range plan of re-use as corporate offices and later for mixed-tenant rental needed to be considered.  All of the long range plans have come to pass, with only minor changes to the façade and signage, as the transitions occurred.
