This 3921 square foot, 3 bedroom, new home for the Clymers was completed in collaboration with Benjamin Fagan Designs of South Lake Tahoe, CA.  This home includes a 2 car garage, office, spacious open living and kitchen area with a bold fireplace, laundry room, pantry, 1 1/2 baths and a Master Bath Suite. 

This project started with the classic Benjamin Fagan cocktail napkin design sketch.  Armed with this sketch, and through discussions with the Clymer’s we assisted Benjamin Fagan Designs with the development and implementation of design and construction documents.
